Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the website’s inquiry and advertising process. Review the applicable project agreement and campaign terms before paying.
Website inquiries and services
A consultation request does not require payment or reserve a project start date. Scope, timing and final pricing are confirmed after review. The existing website project policies describe deposits, final payment, revisions, client materials and third-party costs.
Advertising reservations
Elk Grove Select has 16 advertising spaces at $500 per space for one mailing, with one approved advertiser per business category. Submitting an inquiry holds an available category and space during owner review. Approval is required before payment instructions are sent. For the Founding Edition, a verified $250 deposit or $500 full payment secures the approved category and chosen space. Any $250 balance is due within five business days after campaign confirmation and before printing. Category overlaps require Tara’s review.
January 2027 Founding Edition
The target mailing is January 2027, with planned distribution to 5,000 households. Postal submission is targeted for January 11–15, subject to printer confirmation and campaign participation conditions. Household arrival dates and advertising responses are not guaranteed.
Reservation requests are due December 8, 2026. The selected deposit or full payment is due December 11, 2026; artwork approval is due December 18, 2026.
Elk Grove Select — Founding Edition — participation and payment terms
A minimum of 14 paid advertisers (verified $250 deposit or $500 full payment) is required to proceed. Maximum capacity is 16 advertising spaces at $500 per space for one mailing. Campaign confirmation deadline: December 14, 2026. Confirmation does not require filling all 16 spaces. If the mailing cannot proceed by that deadline, all payments will be refunded unless the advertiser explicitly agrees in writing to transfer them to a future mailing with a disclosed target window. Payments will not automatically roll forward.
If Elk Grove Select cancels the campaign or postpones postal submission beyond January 15, 2027, advertisers will be offered a full refund or an optional transfer to a rescheduled mailing. No payment will be transferred without written agreement. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days of cancellation or notification of postponement unless the advertiser has authorized a transfer. Bank processing may take additional time. Advertiser-requested cancellations are subject to separate terms provided before payment.
Approved advertisers must pay their selected $250 deposit or $500 full payment by December 11, 2026. Any $250 balance is due within five business days after campaign confirmation and must be received before printing. Full payment and final artwork approval are required before print release. Ad design begins as advertisers are approved; artwork approval is due December 18, 2026.
Advertiser-requested cancellation terms are provided before payment. Do not assume that an inquiry or invoice overrides the applicable campaign terms.
Samples, artwork and accounts
Sample advertisements illustrate placement and design; they do not identify confirmed advertisers. Advertisers submit materials for review and proof approval through the existing process. Keep sign-in and private reservation links confidential. Use your account to review your own campaign, artwork and billing records.
